04.01.2022 You might guess that the name Hot Honey was born out of love of honey. But, what you may not know is that all of the honey that we use in our cooking and cakes comes from our family farm out in Landsborough. My dad, mum, brother, sister and nephew lovingly care for our bees moving their hives to the best spot amongst the gum trees. In return, the bees repay us with litres and litres of beautiful honey. To preserve the incredible flavours they then cold extract the honey. If you've not tried our honey before then you should...it's amazing.
