16.01.2022 Hey Hotspotians! As we all know, health and fitness is a powerful tool against mental health issues. It is always an amazing feeling to be a part of that!! Unf...ortunately it’s sometimes only part of the solution or not available at all. Seeking help is the strongest thing someone can do when times are tough or their thoughts are too strong for one person to carry. Today is World Mental Health Day and it carries such a strong potential to bring awareness to a problem that is greater now than ever. If you are having issues please reach out, be kind to yourself and know that people care and you are important We cracked open the Hotspot Charity tin and topped it up a little. Thanks to all of the kind donations we received from Hotspotians since the start of the year, $350 has been donated to Beyond Blue. Beyond Blue is one of the amazing organisations that offer support and a point of contact to those who need help. If you can give too, please do what you can to any of the fine charities doing good works. If not, that’s fine because you are still making a difference in the lives of the people around you.
