Think tequila that is smoky, more complex flavours of fruit & spice, with a touch a salty sweetness and a whole lot of lux mouth feel. The bar team has created some banging cocktail created with Mezcal to compliment these flavours but also to help introduce the flavour to those who are yet to try this magical liquid.
