25.01.2022 I love to keep things simple, including my hair regime. I follow 3 easy steps: 1. I use organic products only, 3 only (Hot Tresses Rehab range) 2. I eat well with a plant based diet... - I air dry my hair and avoid heat tools. As a result .... It takes me under 3 minutes to style a day (simply unwrap and go) - I only need to wash it it twice a week - I cut it twice a year (my hair grows like weeds). Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by all the things we are told we need to do in beauty (and buy all this sh#t we don’t need). That’s NOT for me.
