The Chakras are wheels or votex of energy in the subtle body, each with their own meanings, qualities, and symbolisms. They are like centrally placed electricty poles controlling the electrical flow of Prana (vital energy) that flows though our body. The state of the flow within each chakra influences the emotions and expressions, basically our experience of the world. Chakras can bring a more subtle awareness to uncover wisdom that we can use to enhance our everyday life. The morning’s yoga practice will focus on balancing the energy in the Chakras using Hatha Yoga and Meditation. A guided Yoga Nidra Meditation using visualisations related to the Chakras will consolidate the practice and leave you feeling deeply rested and rejuvenated. Bookings required as space is limited.
