25.01.2022 Apartment living in compact spaces doesn’t have to mean compromising on furniture - here we were able to offer a living zone and a dining zone by utilising the correct sized furniture and by using smart choices to keep the space open.

24.01.2022 Who else could do washing in this room all day? Laundry zones are sometimes forgotten when preparing homes for sale. We always tell clients, where possible it is important to add styling as it engages buyers and offers softness to what can be quite a hard, boring room. I know I would buy this house just based on the laundry alone!

18.01.2022 LETS TALK SMELL - Ok, one of the most common things people say when advising you to prepare your home for sale is first impressions count. This is very true but not just in what you see, a lot is in the smell. Here are a few points to consider - It is extremely important to open windows in the property regularly to let fresh air through. A house that doesn’t have fresh air can smell stale and can have a musty smell. If you cook with lots of spices each night, these aromas will cling to fabrics in chairs, carpets, curtains etc so choose your meals carefully the week before open homes. Don’t try to mask smells at last minute room sprays, plug in diffusers etc, these can be overpowering.

We are constantly juggling installs, removals, consultations and quoting along with preparing for our next installs, tidying the warehouse, purchasing new stock and trying to eat lunch along the way too! I couldnt do it alone and Im so lucky I dont have to. I have the most amazing girls who push on even when the going gets tough. Now go rest up girls for another busy week next week
