Your most recent assistance in providing a single mother of four children with beds, mattresses, essential food items, carpet cleaning, pest control, a removalist, and most importantly, peace of mind during a time that the family is experiencing financial hardship, social isolation, fear and anxiety..., has been absolutely vital for their overall health and wellbeing. The familys dignity has been maintained and they feel a true sense of care and belonging within the community they reside in. All communication and services your organisation provide are prompt and professional. The staff and volunteers have gone above and beyond in order to help. Taking measurements of windows for curtains to be installed for privacy and organising a handy man to install the curtain rods and assemble furniture has been greatly appreciated. Having an opportunity to reach out to local services to ensure families can access the support they need, is absolutely wonderful. This is a perfect example of the positive impact organistaions and businesses have towards members in their community when working with schools. 08.01.2022 Assalamualaykum. Just a friendly reminder. If you are planning to drop off any items to donate to our Goodwill Store, please ensure that they comply with the conditions outlined below. We've had a few people drop off electronics and appliances with missing parts, clothing with stains and several other items which are not fit to sell nor use, which create extra work for our volunteers to properly dispose them. The shop is not a dumping ground and it has very limited storage space, so please be more considerate. Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support.
