25.01.2022 Plenty of action at the first grading for the year. Congratulations to all the candidates on their effort. Happy school holidays to all lucky enough to have them. Term 4 starts on Monday the 12th of October.

19.01.2022 First training tonight after hibernation. Reminder of changed time, now 6:30-7:30 for Monday and Wednesday sessions. Fees carry on from last term. Look forward to seeing everyone! Joe

19.01.2022 After a great restart to our training we will have a 2 week break (due to school gym closed) for the school holidays. We resume for term 3 on the 20th July. Ageless TKD (for over 55) restart on 22nd July. We will be able to take on new members. However they will need to contact me prior to starting. Best wishes for a great holiday to all those lucky enough to have them.

19.01.2022 This is certainly one way to test your control and accuracy of your kicks and the trust of your team mates! Welcome back to Term 4 everyone! There are some exciting things that you can participate in to finish off the year strong! 21-22nd October is the Black Belt weekend (invitation is open to junior and senior red belts and above).... This is a really awesome opportunity to learn new skills from Mr Pavic and his recent trip to Canberra to do the international instructors course. 18-19th November is the State Development weekend. Students have the opportunity to have a go in either Sparring or Poomsae. Please approach Mr Pavic for additional information on either event.

15.01.2022 Gradings this Monday and Wednesday night. Practice over the weekend everyone.

14.01.2022 Concussions can occur in any activity that we participate in, not just Taekwondo. This is a great resource that has been put together by the AIS and AMA and has sections targeted towards athletes, team mates, officials and parents.

13.01.2022 Hi all, please note that Tkd training is in the drama room tonight due to an info evening in the gym. Parking could be tight. Please pass on to others you may have contact with. Cheers Joe

10.01.2022 Merry Christmas everyone!

07.01.2022 A reminder to everyone that this week is the last week of training before the Easter break. Training will recommence Monday 1st May. Have a happy and safe Easter break!

05.01.2022 We had a very special presentation at Taekwondo last night, to welcome Adelaide into the Howrah Taekwondo family! These two young ladies had great delight in smuggling Big Ted into the hall without us seeing it! On behalf of Curtis and I, we would like to say thank you for this special gift for Adelaide! One day she’ll be big enough to wear it to class and take up Taekwondo with as much excitement as I did when I started Taekwondo!

04.01.2022 One of our students, Layla. https://hairwithheart.everydayhero.com//layla-s-helping-on

04.01.2022 Our own amazing Lauren Burns will be inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame tonight #SAHOF

03.01.2022 We were proud to present grading and dan/poom grading certificates tonight for recent gradings! We would like to congratulate them for their efforts! Quick notice for Wednesday night class will be held in the drama room, rather than the school gym as usual.
