The recent tragic news affected us as a team as many of our members wouldn't participate due to those incidents. The opposition team, Melbourne Lions was understanding and the game has been postponed. There will be arrangements to re-play the game in the nearest futur...e. 02.01.2022 COVID-19 Update for April 2020 events Dear all, On the 13th of March the AHPPC made the following statement to limit the spread on COVID-19 in Australia:... "AHPPC considers that, for these reasons, the time has come to put in place social distancing measures to mitigate spread, rather than a strategy based primarily on case finding. These include limiting non-essential organised gatherings to fewer than 500 people" - https://www.health.gov.au//australian-health-protection-pr The government has also increased restrictions on non-essential gatherings, limiting them to 100 or less. As recommended by the Australian Government, SSATWA scheduled wrestling events for the 10 -12 and 25 April 2020 have been cancelled until further notice.
