Wow my jaw literally dropped when I saw this email it’s the best news to be told I’m the recipient of this award! A massive shock too. I’m so lucky to be doing what I do. We introduced the concept of moral injury too - where employees feel they are being asked to do "the wrong thing" - and its impact. We also discussed the triad model of wellbeing to proactively provide wellbeing support and how to avoid moral injury - and how to address it - so it doesnt become a mental health problem.
