Please bear with us during this challenging time, our priority is to safeguard the health of all patients and staff. ... We would ask that you, please do not come to the practice unless pre-arranged by phone whether it is for an appointment or to collect a prescription. Telephone consultations can be arranged especially for anyone with fever or respiratory symptoms. Prescriptions can be phoned or faxed to your pharmacy in most cases. We ask that you all mind yourselves and those close to you by washing your hands regularly and limiting social interactions. ** Booking ** Our friendly team are still taking bookings though will ask you a series of screening questions so we can best assist you. We are wishing to ensure the health of ALL our patients so are implementing procedures to best protect you, the public and our team. ** Telehealth Consults ** Did you know, The Hub offers Telehealth consultations? Bulk-billed Telehealth consultations are available to the following vulnerable population groups, provided they have been to the practice in the last 12 months and are: 1. At least 70 years old (or at least 50 if ATSI/TSI) 2. Pregnant 3. A parent of a child under 12 months 4. A person under treatment for chronic health conditions or are immune-compromised We are also able to do privately billed Telehealth consults at a small cost.
