21.01.2022 Gotta love a feature wall! It actually feels like it is glowing when you walk in to the room....... Feature colour is Haymes 'Faith' while other walls are Haymes Aura with Haymes White on White trim.

21.01.2022 Sam and I would like to take the time notify all our valued customers past, present and future that we have ceased our business relationship with Matt and Deb Eddy of EdBuilt Pty Ltd as of the 1st March 2018 as we look towards further strengthening our ties with Simonds Homes Victoria here in the Bendigo Region. 15.01.2022 Finished a small private job today on McIvor road, 80 odd year old house with original ceilings and cornices. Come up a treat, photos not the best but get the idea. Was just a bedroom and an ensuite so not a lot in it. Lovely old lady gave me some treats to share with the family #notsharingthough.........

10.01.2022 So another inside finished today, 230 square metres with 4m high ceiling in Kitchen Dining area. 2.7m high throughout with 2340mm high doors. Man are they a pain to do! Very time consuming, but overall has come up a treat. This ones a Simonds Homes Display out in the Imagine estate and they are hectic! Big shout out to Ryan Cornell for giving me the time to get it done on what is a very tight schedule, but pretty sure the finish will be worth it. Feature walls still to come and back there next week sometime to continue the outside so will post more pics when it is closer to completion.

08.01.2022 When you take your feature walls too seriously! Feature wall, feature rooms more like it! Close to the end on another Simonds Home, been a massive job, 263 metres sq plus double garrage. Hall is like a cricket pitch.... Walls and wood work colour is Haymes Greyology 3 with Simonds White ceilings. Feature colour is Haymes Gunpowder Smoke, all haymes paint as usual.

08.01.2022 Using an image etched in granite on the Vietnam War Memorial in Canberra as her inspiration, artist Jenny McCracken has unveiled two murals at the @gunnedahmuse...um, honouring those who served. The first mural features the iconic Huey helicopters with a group of soldiers waiting on the ground. The second mural shows a quieter, north facing image of soldiers standing at attention beside the Long Tan Cross. A fantastic job by a great artist which will be enjoyed by visitors of the museum for many years to come. We're proud to have played our small part in the process. Make sure you follow @jenny mccracken artist on IG. Well worth a squiz!

06.01.2022 Feeling like a little blue today I think! All sprayed now just gotta tidy up around the lights and bring the ends in tomorrow and she is blue!

05.01.2022 Finished the Motacare Shepparton front this week. Damn those RACV colours are bright! Was a bit of a challenge but we got there in the end. Can't thank Geoff and the team for getting behind us and giving us these great opportunities to do what we do!

05.01.2022 Here are a couple before and after photos of the Heritage listed Tudor home I did in Eaglehawk earlier this year, was a very satisfying job to complete I can tell you with one very happy owner, but man was it a massive task to complete on my own! Definitely one of those jobs where you think you may have bitten off more than you can chew for sure. Thankfully was able to do a couple other jobs in between starting it and finishing it. Was not a complete re-paint, just the are...as where they had repairs done, however it was pretty much the entire front except under the porch, and the brick area between the Tudor style and weatherboards down the side and a couple walls around the deck side. All done with Haymes Solarshield in Satin, Gloss and low sheen finish to the deck. Learnt a lot of things on this place that I now know what to look for a little better on the Heritage style of house and a few new tricks to get things done too which is always handy. See more

03.01.2022 A couple shots from an old Bendigo home I have been working on over the last few weeks on and off between other trades. House is circa 1930's I believe. Client is extremely happy which is always a good thing! Have some before shots somewhere too that I will post as well. Walls and Ceilings are in Haymes Greyology 1 ultra premium low sheen. Trim is Haymes Aura double strength water based enamel satin finish paired with black highlights and a few little "Huey" touches!
