As I told Ben Gumbleton a few times, if your telling the truth, you shouldn't need coaching.This is page 1 of Geoff Deans testimony that was sent to Fair Work Commission to assist him in an UNFAIR DISMISSAL HEARING.The last paragraph on this states that I'm untruthful. Well Geoff, lets see who's lieing. ... The work contract stated that drug use would result in instant dismissal. After I started with this company, I WAS having a few personal problems which led me to the use of marijuana. I informed Ben when he told us at a meeting that a drug test would take place. I failed the 1st test. I was told by Ben, that if I get cleaned up, I could resume work. After a couple of weeks I was clean, and resumed work. Ben took it upon himself to belittle me in front of Geoff when I did return. I then spent 5 years working for that company. Geoff's testimony FAILED to mention subsequent drug tests, (the pink paper) which were all NEGATIVE. The pink drug test documents were never shown. In this case,COERSION had occurred as well. Gary under the guidance of Ben, stated that a GREEN LEAFY SUBSTANCE was found while he was cleaning the truck on the 18 Feb, and that another employee and Ben went for a drive to have it diagnosed. A report of the diagnosis, never was shown nor does it exist. the so called GREEN LEAFY SUBSTANCE was MINT that I used as an AIR FRESHENER.
