21.01.2022 Our Autumn networking lunch at Calais Estate will be created by the amazing Chef Jayden Casinelli, who heads up the Australian native inspired Restaurant Kawul. Jayden completed his apprenticeship with two Hatted Chefs, Troy Rhodes-Brown and Mitch Beswick at Muse Restaurant in Pokolbin, before moving across to their sister restaurant Muse Kitchen. He now manages and is Head Chef of Kawul, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner sittings as well as events for up to 300 people. Th...e menu at Kawul is inspired by native Australian bush flavours with a focus on organic food grown locally in the Hunter Valley. The menu is vegan friendly while also catering to the broader palates. Kawul is open Friday & Saturday for breakfast, lunch & dinner, as well as Sunday & Monday for breakfast & lunch.

20.01.2022 Calais Estate is generously supplying the wines for our up coming Autumn lunch. I’m personally a huge fan of their big Chardonnays and their delicious reds. Their sparkling wines are made in the traditional French method and their winery long lunches are amazing. Calais is a family owned and operated boutique winery and we are so thankful for their support.

20.01.2022 Looking forward to kicking off our Spring lunch with some lovely sparkling donated by Peterson’s House!
