07.01.2022 Cannot say we are all a little frustrated and worst for wear. The past week really has tested us again. I wanted to write to all our customers and friends to say. Wow. The number of people who are supporting our little restaurant in THEBARTON is amazing. I don’t know how to say thankyou enough. We had to cancel so many people with the COVID number restrictions. We did have a few people who were not happy with us. I hope everyone understands we were put in a position in whi...ch we were told to cut the number of customers. This left us having to call people and notify them we could not get them in. We then in turn had to call all our customers and Christmas bookings and notify them they could not even attend. We would Never turn people away and feel upset for our customers whom we had to cancel. We are great full that our State acted so fast as who knows what could have been the case if this all went so wrong. We as a business may be effected. But upon reflection I would rather see all your beautiful faces and know you are also happy and healthy. We will fight on and hopefully 2021 is bigger and brighter for us all.
