23.01.2022 Great to see one of Hunter Business Lions mascots out in the field working to promote the fantastic work that Lions do to help make our cities and communities friendlier, more tolerant and more liveable for people of all backgrounds. If your Lions Club would like their own official Lions Mascot like the fantastic version seen in these pics, drop us a message. Great work Lions!

18.01.2022 Stockton Memorial Park needs your help! Hunter Business Lions have launched a special fundraising initiative to urgently protect and restore the Lions Memorial Park at Stockton. The concrete Lions at the entrance to the park were brought back from Malaya at the end of World War II and the memorial is a dedication to Stockton's local efforts to protect the region from attack during the war. ... The memorial includes a Commemorative plaque installed by the Newcastle Rats of Tobruk Association and a host of plaques for Lions members who have contributed to the local community. Unfortunately concrete cancer has attacked our historic Lions and they require immediate attention. Please drop by our MyCause page and consider throwing a few dollars in the jar towards the restoration of this important historical monument. https://www.mycause.com.au//stockton-lions-park-monument-r

13.01.2022 Another great community initiative from Lions Australia. If you know of anyone in rural communities on tank water who is doing it tough in the drought, share this with then and encourage them to apply.

10.01.2022 I call upon all men of goodwill to join with women to support them in this fight for equality, for harmony and for dignity. Dr. Denis Mukwege was honored at #LCICon2019 for his work treating victims of sexual violence and his advocacy to stop it https://bit.ly/2zZjGg0 This is why we are Lions - to make a difference. Join us and support us in helping others. #Makeadifference

08.01.2022 We think we're pretty much the experts in this field so enjoy this ABC RN podcast featuring our fearless CEO, Rob Oerlemans, on the history of the sausage sizzl...e. And if YOUR club is helping feed the masses at this Saturday's federal election - make sure you register your sausage sizzle with Democracy Sausage so people know where to get the good stuff.
