25.01.2022 Had a great day yesterday as guest chef for a cooking show/ demonstration teaching people how to cook ricotta gnocchi.

25.01.2022 Tonight at 6pm there is another cooking show, ill be making scotch fillet steak with Salsa Verde. Salsa Verde is amazing and one of my favourite foods to eat, fresh, healthy and easy to make. To watch click on the below picture and it will take you to the show.

The menu for next friday's final delivery is: Duck and Cherry Cider Pie... Slow Roasted Lamb Shank Pie Beef, Mushroom and Blackcurrant Port Pie Pulled Pork and Apple Cider Pie Thai Chicken Curry Pie Vegetarian Pie. 02.01.2022 Had a great night with a mobile food van/soup kitchen helping those in our community that need a bit of encouragement and a helping hand. These guys set this up rain, hail and shine and do a great job.

01.01.2022 It is with a very sad heart that I let everyone know that after next Friday's delivery Huon Valley Kitchen will close its doors here in Tasmania. I will be moving back home to Wollongong where I have 3 beautiful children that I miss and need to spend a lot more time with. I will be opening up in Wollongong with our great products and also a brand new line of beautiful food which I'm really excited about. I have had so much fun developing my business over the last 4 years and... I have met some amazing people and have developed life long friendships. It has been my pleasure to serve you and I can't thank every customer enough for supporting me and please if you ever go to Sydney, Wollongong is only 50min south, so please come and say hi I will put a menu up for next weeks delivery tomorrow so if you would like some of my gourmet pies it might be the best time to order them.
