Tuire shared various successful programs and research on the importance of progressive strength training exercise for seniors. The Sunbeam study shows that a reduction in falls can save the Australian government $120 million in healthcare and rehabilitation costs. 09.01.2022 Ngaire Hobbins was a speaker in our first webinar in May. Good nutrition, especially protein intake, is an important part of successful strength training for health. Nutrition is an important part of healthy ageing. Ngaire has published a few book on the topic with the title of her new book "The Ultimate Guide to Thriving into Later Life and Reducing Dementia Risk" just says it all!
