25.01.2022 Fight NOT easy, fight NOT lie. Have you had one of those days at training where you just want to take it a little easier? You tell your trainer you're tired,... had a hard day at work, didn't sleep well last night. But if your trainer is Trainer Gae, this is a signal for him to push you harder. Because when you're tired in a fight, your opponent is not going to give you a breather. "You die sure." Ajarn Gae teaches the 'old-school' style of Muay Thai, the way that he was taught by his old masters. What is old-school? In a nutshell, weathering through the storm with a stoic heart.

05.01.2022 What a performance! To my team who have shown dedication, strength & determination leading up to this fight, I couldn’t be more proud. Jessi won his fight within 45 seconds with a TKO and the natural ability of a champion. Adam Bond didn’t walk away with a win but walked into the ring with heart, determination and a will to push through taking on his opponent and never giving up. Chelsea Forrest had her second ever fight and didn’t disappoint. She held strong in the second a...nd third round with a close loss to her opponent. Yet again doing us all proud.
