23.01.2022 Prep for our fathers day boxes is well underway. This will be the biggest weekend for Petal & Fig to date. Thanks so much for all your orders & thanks to everyone who sent well wishes to our little Tatey. He is recovering well & back in high spirits, excited for his platter on Sunday night (let's hope I over estimated on the quantities so we have some to enjoy!) ... I have 4 seperate delivery drivers out this weekend delivering from Cheltenham, Keysborough, Wantirna, Ferntree Gully, Rowville, Emerald, Pakenham, Cranbourne, Frankston, Seaford, Langwarrin, Rosebud to Fingal. 05.01.2022 A beautiful Basket Graze for our lovely friends Jayde & Scott and a lolly box for their kiddies. Those of you who follow my stories know that 4 weeks ago Tatey had an accident, on his Birthday a spark from a sparkler on his cake caught his jarmie pants on fire and he had some pretty nasty burns on his thigh. He has been a little superstar in his recovery but this accident meant we had to cancel our move to our new house that we have been renovating for the past 6 months due t...o Tatey having surgery on our moving weekend. Our beautiful friends Scott & Jayde surprised us with organising removalists for our cancelled moving weekend so we could finally get into our new home stress free while we focused on Tatey & his recovery. I can't even explain how hard it has been renovating a house during a pandemic with such extreme restrictions, to have such a terrible accident happen to Tatey on such a big week for us to finally move I can't even begin to thank them for their generosity and the kindness shown towards us. For those wondering Tate's operation went well & he is recovering great! 4 weeks on and he doesn't need to wear a bandage anymore and it's all about scar management now to minimise it as much as possible. Lucky he is so young and such a trooper, he really has been so brave! As for a Petal & Fig update - I'm working through the process to get re-registered with our new council so are not taking any new bookings at the moment. You will all be the first to know when I'm registered and allowed to operate again. I can tell you though, living only a few km to the beach is going to have a huge change on the way we currently do things, I'm so excited for the future of Petal & Fig and can't wait to graze with you all again soon!!
