24.01.2022 This year HVAC proudly supported the community by donating to the local Woogaroo Meals on Wheels. Each year they present their clients with a gift bag full on non-perishables that will help them over the Christmas period, and we were happy to donate these bags for their clients. The staff donated over 200 food items with HVAC donating the rest. It was a fantastic team effort and I would like to personally thank the team for all of their help.

06.01.2022 HVAC were engaged by Fulton Hogan to supply Sintakote Pipe and fittings for the Leslie Harrison Dam Upgrade. The pipeline carries water from the dam to the water treatment plant, and the upgrade works included replacement of the original raw water intake pipeline, which is now over 50 years old. The tunnel pipe work is over 100mts long and with each pipe weighing over one tonne, it was a hands on job for Fulton Hogan who removed and replaced the pipe manually with a hand pus...hed trolley. Sintakote, developed by Steel Mains, is a fusion bonded medium density polyethylene coating for steel pipe, which is capable of providing a 100-year life corrosion protection system for within the harshest ground environments. As a licensed fabricator of Sintakote Steel Pipeline Fittings, HVAC is well positioned to service the Queensland, Northern Territory and Northern NSW Water Infrastructure market.

03.01.2022 There is more to say after R U OK? 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone and circumstances have made it even more important for us all to stay connected and, for those who are able, be willing to support those around us. In the lead up to R U OK? Day www.ruok.org.au aim to help Australians know what to say when someone says theyre not OK and guide them through how they can continue a conversation that could change a life. You dont have to be an expert to keep the co...nversation going when someone says theyre not OK. By knowing what to say you can help someone feel supported and access appropriate help long before theyre in crisis, which can make a really positive difference to their life. 02.01.2022 HVAC are currently undertaking the grounds maintenance contact for the Qld Police Services (QPS) in FNQ. 32 QPS sites to visit from Cardwell through to Horn Island in the Torres Straits. The Project begun on the 29th Nov 2018 with an expected completion date of the 21st Dec 2018. In total the 2 field techs (Warwick and Dane) will travel via Helicopter to remote sites, plane to Horn Island and 4WD approximately 6500km through some of Australia's most rugged outback terrain. Fortunately the boys have planned their journey very well to date and have had minimal issues considering the remote locations and logistics, which is a credit to their professional approach and safety focus.

02.01.2022 This is not the new Tardis, it is the new Williwaw and it is designed to blow dust off clothing. Its for workers who get covered in dust maybe in a quarry or mine. They can blow the dust off their clothing before going in the crib room or driving home. Our new Williwaw doesnt use dangerous compressed air, we use safe high pressure air from an integral blower. Once the dust is off the clothing it is sucked away and into a high efficiency filter. The whole williwaw is transportable with no need for compressed air connection and comes with electrical controls and plug connection. Please contact Don for more information and a quote.
