25.01.2022 Here we go again!! Unfortunately following the announcements made today, we will be closed from midnight tonight and will hopefully re-open next Friday 19th. I will be in contact shortly with those of you that have appoinments during this time to reschedule. Stay safe everyone.

24.01.2022 My lovely client had the full benefit of my Myotherapy study yesterday! A full body treatment all at once with dry needling to the legs, cupping on the back and massage to the neck! Love having so many options for treating and helping people get back to their best.

13.01.2022 Hello all. Excited to announce that I will be re opening my home clinic on Monday 15th June. A week later than expected but hey, we'll get there! There will be a few changes to reduce the risk of COVID-19, these include: - Hand sanitiser upon entry and when exiting the clinic - Fewer appointments to allow for additional cleaning time in between clients - A short COVID-19 screening questionnaire on arrival ... As this is my HOME, to protect the health of my family and other clients, I will expect all clients NOT to come in if they are unwell or any household members are unwell. 07.01.2022 Hi all, welcome to Lockdown Round 2! Remedial Massage is classified as an essential service so I am still open for business. I am encouraging you all to only book in if you feel it is needed. I am taking the following steps to reduce the risk of COVID-19 contact: - Fewer appointments to allow for additional cleaning time - Hand sanitiser provided upon entry and exit - Contact free payment options - Fresh linen for every client, as always... - All linen is washed on the hottest possible washing setting and laundry sanitiser is being added - All linen is dried on the hottest dryer setting - Massage table is cleaned and sanitised after every client - Shared surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles etc will be cleaned and sanitised after every client - I will be wearing a mask during treatments and will provide disposable masks to any client who wishes to use one Please stay safe. We'll get through this together!
