24.01.2022 Exams done for 2020. Well done to everyone for their hard work preparing for their exams especially with the break due to covid. You have all work so hard to be ready. myself and all your teachers are extremely proud of you. Big thanks to all the exam teaching staff for helping get the kids ready for their exams your hard work, time and effort does not go unnoticed. Its such a team effort and what a team we have.

24.01.2022 Concert #2 and were done. Couldn’t have ask for a better two nights of shows. The students were incredible from start to finish on and off stage and what a team of teachers we have. The love and passion they have for the students and what they do is next to none and I couldn’t ask for better people to be by my side. It’s been a crazy year but we made it out the other side stronger then ever and can’t wait to kick start our 10th year next year.

23.01.2022 Great day celebrating our exam students. So proud of all the kids who sat exams this year for the hard work they put in and how they continued to work at home while we were shutdown. It all paid off and your results were outstanding you should be very proud. Such a lovely day we had at the park, under the water, playing frisbee and just being together. 22.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who has re enrolled for term 2 online. The support that you have all shown us during this unusual and difficult time has been overwhelming. We have worked harder then ever before to get this all up and running and creating a way so the kids can still continue dancing as close to normal as possible and what will be the new norm for a while. 12.01.2022 We have a new dancing princess joining us in 2021. Miss lauren is due in April with her third child and could not be happier.

12.01.2022 Finished our Comp year with the starlight festival do dance. Only a handful of students entered these comps and they all represented our studio beautifully with many wonderful results. Our under 8 troupes also got their chance to Peform with under 8 hip hop 1st place and under 8 jazz 2nd place with an incredible performance that showed how much they have grown as a team from the little under 6s they were last year to strong dynamic dancers who we can’t wait to watch grow together as a team. Well done to everyone who performed.

With restrictions being lifted we are once again hard at work to put new procedures and timetables in place so we can get back in to the studio under the new guidelines. It is very exciting to be able to get back to the studio doing what we love. Our top priority is our students, families and the communities health and safety. Things wont be back to normal but its a step in the right direction and we on...ce again Thankyou for your love and support during these times. 05.01.2022 URGENT COVID SHUT DOWN It is with great sadness that As per the government announcement today Hype dance academy will be closed from tomorrow Monday 1st February until Friday 5th February. No classes will run and the studio will be closed.... We will commence as per usual on Saturday 6th February unless advised otherwise in the coming days and we will update everyone accordingly. This is not how we wanted our year to start and we hope that things will return to normal soon and we can welcome you all back into the studio next week.
