22.01.2022 When my work day finishes and I have to snap into mum mode, the truth is I struggle more than I like to admit!! I would rather be at work most days of the week! Don't get me wrong I LOVE spending time with my family BUT when I have my husband by my side.. We are not meant to do it alone! AND nothing really prepares you for that expectation hangover of becoming a parent. Nothing is as ever as you expected it to to!! The emotions are SO big, wonderful and heartbreaking ALL... rolled into one! Breathwork, affirmations and journalling is something that has greatly helped me through those tough and sometimes dark days! Every single struggle in this period of your life is building your resilience and your relationship with yourself helping you find your purpose in life. This becomes easier over time IF you take the time to look, listen and feel into your AMAZING body. ALWAYS make time for yourself.Self love and making YOU a priority is the only way we can survive and maintain our vitality!!
