22.01.2022 Today is World Productivity Day. Staying productive requires you to focus on keeping things efficient, on stripping out waste and finding ways to streamline processes. Sometimes we can find it difficult to do this without the aid of products and services that help to keep you on track and moving smoothly, World Productivity Day encourages you to remember those who make it possible and think about ways you can stay productive.

21.01.2022 World Refugee Day is an opportunity to take the time to learn about refugees, how extended displacement and surviving experiences of brutal violence can negatively impact the mental health of refugees, leaving them with feelings of hopelessness and fear regarding their futures. Many have experienced trauma we could never comprehend. With hypnotherapy a client can be taught various relaxation techniques, tools, resources, and ways to take back a sense of control.

09.01.2022 World Humanitarian Day (WHD) is held every year to pay tribute to aid workers who risk their lives in humanitarian service, and to rally support for people affected by crises around the world. Thousands of men and women all around the world put their lives in danger working in Humanitarian causes and do it selflessly. They do not think twice before offering to work in the most poverty and illness stricken third world countries, which are often in areas of great social violence. The world Humanitarian day is dedicated to them and for their selfless contribution.

08.01.2022 I saw a client who finished my Virtual Gastric Band weight release program in Feb this year and WOW. She looked AMAZING being 15kg lighter. She said she felt happier and more confident within herself and is loving her new active lifestyle. I was blown away with her incredible transformation and this is why I truly love what I do.

07.01.2022 Every day in every way you're getting better and better and learning new things that you never knew before

06.01.2022 Love a good release and let go. It's been a busy week working with clients to shift, release and let go of what no longer serves their greater good

04.01.2022 This week has been amazing. Full of wonderful results and comments from clients. One of the many reasons why I LOVE what I do

03.01.2022 A great read to help understand some of our basic 'states' or 'moods' and the common behaviors or feelings linked to those states or moods. I work with many clients to help them 'map' out their states. This helps them understand which states are going to support them with their goals and which states are likely to inhibit. Amazing breakthroughs happen when people begin to understand their different states and they learn how to stay in control of them. We can all learn to manage which state is the best state for us to lead and drive the bus with for each situation. It just takes practice and a little guidance

A day to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and start a conversation with anyone who may be struggling with life. You don't need to be an expert to reach out - just a good friend and a great listener. Use these four steps and have a conversation that could change a life:... Ask R U OK?
