22.01.2022 STEPTEMBER Hello to all of our loyal readers, I would like to share a fundraiser with you all. A friend of ours at the Christies Beach office is helping raise funds for cerebral palsy.... From Wednesday, 2 September she will be taking on the challenge of completing 10,000 steps a day, for the entire month of Steptember to raise vital funds for Cerebral Palsy Alliance. She will even continue this challenge up until 6.10.15 and will continue taking donations until 30.10.15! The average office worker only takes around 3,000 steps per day, so 10,000 steps a day is going to be quite the challenge. But its for a very worthy cause. Cerebral palsy is the most common physical disability in childhood. One in two people with cerebral palsy are in chronic pain due to the tightening of their muscles. Many will never be able to take a single step without assistance. If youre not sure where to start, a donation of $55 could support research actively preventing CP in newborn babies. 18.01.2022 Today marks the day 27years ago that Jim, Kathy and their family bought the Port Noarlunga fish shop. We have seen so many changes over this time with the area ...developing into such a beautiful town. We've seen young children grow and bringing their children of their own and even a customer reaching her 100 year birthday. Thank you for all the continual support over the years.
