Not every circumstance in your life is healthy or worth the time it takes to do the thought work to improve.... However, don’t change your circumstances until you have done your models and processed your emotions. Want to know if you need to change your situation? Ask yourself these three questions: 1. Is this a situation I want to be happy in? 2. Do I want to make myself feel better about this situation? 3. Do I want to change it? 21.01.2022 Today was an epic day It’s been 3 weeks since I have seen skyza, as she has been up here in cairns doing her yoga training. Today we explored some awesome places that we had both never been to before. The Daintree rainforest, Cape Tribulation, Mossman Gorge and Port Douglas. It’s always so fun adventuring to new places, especially when they are in your own country. The coconut palms, heat and rainforest vibes made us feel like we were back in Bali Also made us reali...se how much we miss it and are looking forward to being there full time in the future It’s nice to have someone you can have fun with and anything you do together is an adventure. Glad to be back together I hope you all are having a ripper weekend

20.01.2022 A systematic approach to the after, after effect! If you are someone that has had a before and after transformation. But have ended up going back to your old ways, this is for you! Starting out on my health and fitness journey I was chasing that epic after photo. You know, the ones where you see people that go from skinny or fat too muscly tan and abs popping. For the past 10-years I have been a health and performance coach and I have been helping others with their transforma...tions. (Which is a pretty straight forward approach, and to be honest. Damn easy when you know what to do and what not to do) Anyway. I was yo-yoing my transformations 3-4 times per year. And just rinsing and repeating the process! I was getting completely annoyed and fed up that I had to keep starting over because I couldn’t maintain my transformations. As a health and performance coach this was pretty embarrassing and I would use the excuse of its bulking season now . Now that I think about it and have spent countless hours studying how to human body works. I was missing the whole point of reaching a goal and then focusing on maintaining it. What I was doing: Setting a goal Setting a time frame Following a plan Getting the before and after photo Not using an after, after success plan and starting over again This cycles is toxic and leaves you unmotivated and worse off than where you started. The mental battle of starting over again sucksssssss!!!!!!!! It’s simple right. What I used to do and what is most commonly practiced is not sustainable. What you need is a systematic approach to the After, After Effect. Setting a goal Setting a time frame Following a plan Getting the before and after photo Use an after, after success plan Refine and enhance your results Having an after, after success plan has been the best thing I have ever done! 15.01.2022 My goal as a health coach is to help you get the most out of each and every day, plain and simple. But the truth is: just going to the gym each day isn't going to give you optimal health. You need to do some simple things outside of the gym to be your healthiest. Which includes getting a good night sleep! If you don't sleep well, you don't recover well and if you don't recover well you won't perform at your best. ... To be your fittest and healthiest, you have to train, recover, and repeat. Over, and over, and over again.

01.01.2022 Focus begins with the questions you ask! Asking yourself the question, what is the most important thing I can do today to make life better and easier. Life is a question, and most of us crave and want answers without focusing on the questions we are asking.... Asking vague and broad questions will give you vague and unspecific answers. If you are craving answers, it’s simple. Answers come from questions, and the quality of the questions we ask are directly correlated with the answers we receive. There is an art to decluttering the shit in your life and your mind, to focus on what matters most. It is pretty damn simple and transferable. All that it takes is the courage to take a different approach to what you have been taking! Ask the right questions and you shall receive the right answers
