Rather than a traditional tiered cake, Anna asked if her cakes could be arranged individually on stumps of wood cut by her Dad from their property in Armidale. Three cakes calls for three different flavours! Black Forest, banana (a hard request to fill for a caker that hates bananas) and salted caramel pina colada!... I loved this take on a tiered cake.
