22.01.2022 UMPIRES NEEDED FOR SEMI FINALS Semi Final weekend is just around the corner (Saturday 20 & Sunday 21st March) and the Association needs the assistance of 25-30 ...Players, Past Players or Coaches to enable us to provide Two Independent Umpires for EACH Semi Final. Hours are 1.00-5.30 on Saturday and Sunday with a payment of $80 a day which is paid promptly by our Treasurer Andrew Wright. We would really appreciate it if you could make enquires within your club to ascertain who might be available and advise me by email ASAP--with the players email address, phone number, preferred area to umpire in and Section played this season. We will ensure any players/umpires are not sent to far from home and will pair up people from the same club if possible. We realise some teams may not be in a position to determine yet whether they will make finals and therefore who might be available, but please spread the word that we require help covering the games as we would love to cover games with Independent Umpires.
