Arboriculture Australia Ltd is delighted to welcome back Terry Flanagan from Oregan, USA our super TRAQ Course Facilitator and Trainer for this year's TRAQ Workshops. Terry is an active ISA volunteer and previously served as the 2013-14 ISA Board President. Terry also assisted in the development of a new arboriculture degree program at Clackamas Community College and chaired the panel of experts who created the ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualificat...ion program. Terry was also named a "true professional" by ISA and everyone who knows Terry or has ever participated in his workshops knows why. Rebecca has been a professional Arborist for over 10 years and works in local government as an environmental advisor. She is keen to be a positive role model for women in arboriculture and make her mark on the industry. Deeply passionate about arboriculture, Rebecca surrounds herself with people who consistently share her passion and values. An experie...nced presenter, Rebecca has honed her resenting skills in participating at several urban forest seminars sharing world-leading tree management strategies with practicing arborists and providing a vital link between theory and practice. Many will also know Rebecca is an accomplished climber of record, and anyone who has attended climbing comps in the last year will appreciate her enthusiastic calls of Send it! Common youre doing great Youre clean! as she fervently offers hustle bro encouragement to competitors. Rebecca has extended commitment by becoming Chair of the Practicing Arborist Committee. Rebecca is already busy preparing for the next ATCC and has introduced a dedicated arborist stream for next year's national conference! Well done Rebeeca.

12.01.2022 We've been basking in the glory of Team Australia's outstanding performance in the recently held International Tree Climbing Championships ITCC held in Knoxville, Tennesse, USA. Team Australia as well as our friends form New Zealand did absolutely awesome to all be placed within the top 6 range which is incredable on the world climbing stage. Let's take a special moment to shout out to the ladies - Our very own Jess Hamer and Maja Rasmussen Blasch have demonstrated that the women of Australia have got serious competative climbing skills. We are immensly proud that they are Women in Arboricluture showing the world how it's done.
