Please keep in mind, Reservoir is the largest suburb in Melbourne so it covers a very large geographical area. iceHQ is positioned at the most Southern tip of Reservoir. iceHQ remain in constant contact with authorities to make sure we are being compliant to all needs so we can operate our business under these guidelines. We have received visits from authorities and been given commendation on our processes and procedures. 03.01.2022 I am genuinely touched by the skating community and your desire to help iceHQ through these tough times. At this stage, we are hanging in there and will get through the storm (depending on how long the storm goes). If we get to a dire situation, we will let you know. Supporting iceHQ, when we reopen, will be critical to our ability to be here long term. Whether it be through the shop or participating in any of our programs, hockey leagues or sessions. Yes, it has been, is and... will be a tough road to recovery. I'm not a quitter. I didn't spend 10yrs of research, education and construction to give this up for a virus. I am doing everything in my power to try and assist government departments to understand an ice rink needs to be considered in its own category and we can operate a COVID safe environment.
