19.01.2022 NEW complete individual sized meals for one now stocked at the Finch, 469 Ruthven St, Toowoomba. Examples include: beef ragu with rigatoni, chicken laksa, special fried rice, creamy mushroom gnocchi, beef con carne with rice, spiced pumpkin soup and many more. I’ll add these to the website shortly for those who want them home delivered

14.01.2022 A delicious blend of spices (cumin, paprika, tiniest amount of chilli, salt), beef mince, chocolate, beer, @fonzieabbott coffee, tomatoes, stock and kidney beans. The mix of coffee, beer and chocolate sounds strange but it gives this dish a lovely depth. Simply serve it with rice, or corn chips and guacamole. Our Con Carne is a dish the whole family will enjoy.

I’ve always been intimidated by the thought of making hot cross buns but with a bit of extra time on my hands this weekend I finally did it, and I must say I’m pretty happy with the outcome (so too are my little people).
