22.01.2022 Following up with my clients is so incredibly important to me... It’s funny because some will say but she didn’t and you are right. There is a follow up connection with you that I do - always asking permission, then really listen to your connection on how you are? ... Some need more time and aren’t ready to chat so soon and it’s ok.. I know some got the answers they were after and come out of the session feeling empowered not needing to catch up again until they get more questions as life goes on... Others need the follow up sooner and are grateful that a wellness session doesn’t just finish as you leave the door. Having more questions in the days following their session that they would like the chat through... It may be months between but you will pop into my mind and that day you will find a sms/text from me just seeing if you are ok and it I can help? Wellness Coaching isn’t a one session wonder, everyone is unique but I’ll always be here if you need me.. so if I pop in your head maybe book in and we can catch up to go though what’s on your mind!
