06.01.2022 After several months of no flow in the rivers due to one of the worst droughts in living memory the rivers are finally flowing again and teeming with life Rez, Ayden and josh made the most of it by getting stuck into some solid Murray cod on their trip. There were plenty of epic sessions experienced and some missed opportunities on some big wild Goodoo. On the last day Josh hooked a proper river giant (1m+) on topwater in no more than 3 foot of running water but unfortunate...ly the aggression and power of this fish had straightened the trebles. Josh said, Even though I didn’t catch it, it was such an amazing experience to see such an insane and visual surface strike and to know that there are fish that big in such small waterways. #iguidemurraycod #freshwaterfishing
