24.01.2022 This house was completely stripped back to its shell!!! kitchen, bathrooms, floor and ceiling were demolished to allow for a new layout that created this beautiful elegant home. 05.01.2022 So proud to share that IL Design was selected as a finalist for the Building Designers of Australia Award 2019 This beautiful house is within Conservation Area , no additional floor space was permitted. The existing living room was extremely dark and had the staircase dividing the dining and living space. We had to be creative to reconfigure the layout and relocate the staircase The transformation was breathtaking, the living space, kitchen and dining, feel spacious and open, capturing natural light and the views of the pool area.
