24.01.2022 Small change to the Thursday night (Falcons) beginner's group practice time. Arrive between 6 to 615 pm to get chairs and selves ready, have a chat and be ready to roll at 6:30! Still ending at 8 pm, a half hour less on practice time means getting straight into at 6:30. Have a safe Halloween weekend!

12.01.2022 The Illawarra Teams have come away from the Wheelchair Sports 2019 Country Cup with some great wins, awards, and memories made! The Eagles have led the way with taking the win and the Hawks finished 6th out of 7th with half the team experiencing their first Country Cup. Both teams are looking forward to the upcoming Wheelchair Basketball Illawarra Festival with the Masters and the Slam Down Under.
