22.01.2022 Well before COVID-19, we noticed a shift in the way our customers' bank with us; with a decrease in customers transacting at our branches, particularly in the afternoon. For this reason, effective from Tuesday 6 October, we’ll be updating our branch operation hours for our Helensburgh, Corrimal and Dapto branches. Our new operating hours will be 9:30am-1:30pm Monday Friday (AEST). These changes are focused on ensuring we’re meeting the needs of our customers. These hours wi...ll ensure our staff can continue to support our customers who utilise our branch network, and can support our Member Direct team, which has seen an increase in calls in the previous months. Outside of these hours, we encourage all of our customers to utilise Internet Banking and our moneytree app where possible. Of course, our Member Direct team is also available to assist on 13 22 49 between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays (AEST). Customers can also use their Visa Debit card to withdraw funds for free at any major bank ATM, or to make purchases and withdraw cash from any point of sales terminal. In addition, we provide Bank@Post services at Australia Post outlets to make deposits. All staff currently working at our branches will be redirected to our Member Direct team from 1:30pm onwards. In fact, you're likely to continue to speak with them over the phone, via email or through secure messaging via internet banking. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to provide you with your banking needs.
