Keep the date free- Sunday 29th November, 2020 Covid threw a lot of our end of season plans into a tail spin, as a result we were not able to hold our regular presentation ceremonies. To make up for it, we would like to invite all our members to a Family Day on Sunday 29th Nov from 10am to 1pm at Casuarina Oval, Alfords Point. Major awards from last season will be presented, the BBQ will be fired up and I am sure we will be able to get some parents involved in some games. To help us manage number please RSVP by 27th Nov.

We will be playing cricket this summer. Even though the competition doesn't start until early October we do need to have team finalised in the coming weeks. As I have mentioned before we are relying heavily on the contribution of currently players to promote the sport and the club this year. I would like to offer anyone who brings in a new player to the club a $30 cash back, just make sure that new player mentions you when they register. U10 (DOB after 1/Sep/10) 9:00 - 10:30am U12 (DOB 1/Sep/08 - 31/Aug/10) 11:00 - 12:30pm U14 (DOB 1/Sep/06 - 31/Aug/08) 1:30 - 3:00pm ... U16 (DOB 1/Sep/04 - 31/Aug/06) 1:30 - 3:00pm Have a talk to friends at your winter sports this weekend, we are still looking for U10 and U12 players. Registration can be completed at grading. Due to covid restrictions we are not able to share a lot of the equipment, so please bring any equipment that you do have. It may not be possible to allow all players to bat on the day but we do not expect this will impact the grading process. If you are unable to attend grading but you have friends that you want to play with please let Warren ([email protected]) or myself know about this beforehand. We cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate all these request but we will do our best. Girls are not required to attend grading but you are welcome to attend if you want a training session. Team notification will take place on Sunday 20th Sep after pre-season training sessions for each age group. Same time as grading. Look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday. Evan.
