18.01.2022 With the re introduction of mask wearing we are starting to see a return of clients experiencing break outs and skin irritation around the chin and jawline. When the skin is covered for long periods of time it is subjected to increased C02 levels, temperature and humidity. 14.01.2022 Finally there seems to be some light at the end of the tunnel! I apologise I haven’t been able to provide much information regarding the temporary closure. Like many others we’ve been eagerly awaiting news on the lifting of restrictions. While mobile beauty services are allowed, Illume can not provide this option as appropriate registration and insurances is required. ... With the latest government announcements and pending the NSW premier’s decision, Illume Facial Spa will most likely be opening the doors again early June. In the coming weeks I will let you know when we can start taking appointments as I am sure there will be quite a few of you needing some Illume TLC Very excited to be seeing you all again soon and want to thank you for your patience and support during this challenging time

Working responsibly - COVID-19 At Illume general cleaning procedures are always followed to consistently ensure safe and hygienic services. ... For extra reassurance in light of COVID-19 the following has also been introduced; Antibacterial hand washing facilities and hand sanitizer are available for clients Hospital grade disinfectant air and surface spray used through out the salon. Signage to remind clients to inform of recent overseas travel. Masks are available and can be worn as a precautionary measure.
