09.01.2022 Our daughter Ashanthi’s win for the weekend was making Sri Lankan love cake for the wonderful Samanti Jayasundera and Clifford Alexander Duckworth. Love cake is a spiced semolina cake with cashews, preserved pumpkin, rose, almond and vanilla essences and A LOT of eggs!!! It's my favourite cake and I got to use a family recipe which made it all the more special.
