24.01.2022 Hello everyone, Yesterday I made the difficult decision to cancel all my appointments for the next few weeks. This decision was not made lightly and it was made with all my beautiful clients in mind. I have incredibly high hygiene standards always but as I come into such close contact with my clients I feel this is necessary. The health of all my clients is my highest priority and I would hate to put anyone at risk.... This is my only form of income so this will make things tricky for us. But health comes first. 16.01.2022 Hi Everyone I've missed you all so much and can't wait to catch up in the near future. As you'd be aware the government has announced that beauty salon's can open as of June 15th, subject to public health guidelines.... As I am a home salon I am waiting to here what restrictions I am required to follow. Everyone's health and safety is the most important thing to me and whilst I can't wait to see you all I need to know I'm doing everything I can to keep you all safe. Over the last few weeks I have been researching some new treatments I can introduce for you all and have also created a new structure of days and times I will be open (late night Thursday is one of them...yay!!) So I will be in touch in the coming weeks to fill you in. I hope you are all happy, healthy and have found many silver linings in being isolated!! 12.01.2022 I just wanted to let everyone know that whilst I can't physically do your treatment at the moment I can still provide you with Mismo skincare. Send me a message if you would like to order any products and I can get them posted to you. I also have a beautiful range of handcreams, in lovely scents. It is so important now to protect the skin on our hands as our poor old hands are getting washed so much. Lots of hand washing removes natural oils in the skin and can make our hands... look much older than they are. Alcohol in hand sanitisers is very drying. Make sure you apply hand cream every time you wash your hands. I have different scents and sizes available. 10.01.2022 Opening again soon! Only 3 weeks now till I can reopen my little business! Woo hoo! My first day will be Wednesday 17th June and I am taking bookings now so please message me on 0478228835 to get yourself booked in! As everyone will be keen to come asap please be patient as I may not be able to fit you all in the first week back, but I will do my best to see you as soon as I can . I will be taking a lot of precautions to keep us all healthy including: ... * Hand sanitizer for all clients a requirement upon entry. * As social distancing is impossible for treatments I will be wearing a mask. * I will require clients to reschedule their appointment if they are even slightly unwell or have a family member/close friend unwell. This includes even the slightest sniffle. If this means you have to cancel your appointment last minute that's fine. I would also require you to reschedule if you, a family member or a contact has had to take a covid-19 test and is waiting on results. * I will let you know as soon as possible if I am even slightly unwell or a family member is and will reschedule your appointment to another time. * I will be cleaning my beauty room thoroughly between each client and using disposable items where possible. Each client will receive their own eyebrow brush. * I ask that you come alone to your appointment as my tiny little room isn't spacious enough at the best of times. Thank you everyone for your understanding with all these changes. I'm sure it will feel a tad strange to begin with but we will all adapt. I have set some new days and hours I will be working: Wed, Thurs, Fri: 9.30am - 2.30pm Thursday evenings once a month: 4.30 - 8pm Saturday mornings once a month.
