This event started out as an Albion FC football family day but as a club we decided to make it as inclusive and as beneficial for our community as best as possible and yesterday was the result, it was an idea that started with $0 and received no funding or grants, as the event g...rew and more people jumped on board we were lucky enough to secure sponsorship and in kind gestures from TPPC, IKON Services, Orica, Bells Real Estate, Optus Airport West, Mr Daniel Gaylor & Mr Gavin Taylor, all of which was put directly into the event to provide as many free & affordable activities as possible and the infrastructure to provide a quality event that we feel our community deserves. The Taylor family name is synonymous with the Albion Football Club and have had life long associations with the club, in particular Gavin Taylor. Gavin Taylor has done almost every job within the football club over a lifetime of dedication and love for the club including the role of President and has most recently been head coach of the under 18 female team. A true example of a man who has embraced the modern era of Australian Rules Football for the betterment of the sport. 16.01.2022 The Community Soccer Hub is like the little brother of all the participating local sports clubs at I Albion but they definitely lead by example. Established in 2014 in the heart of Albion at Selwyn Park they provide some fantastic opportunities for all Albion & Sunshine residents and also welcome all new and emerging communities. The Catch & Save inflatable in their come and try area is something everyone will want to have a go at.

15.01.2022 Sunshine Baseball Club have one of the best junior pathways programs of any sport in the Brimbank area. Their junior winter league is just about to kick off so head over and get all the info on how to get involved in this great sport at their come and try area at I Albion.

15.01.2022 Your event host and organisers Albion Football Club are inviting our entire Brimbank family to come and enjoy what has become Brimbank’s biggest multi sport community festival, even if sport is not your thing there will be plenty of free and affordable activities for the whole family to enjoy. Our football activities area will be the biggest free footy come and try event probably put on by any local club with heaps of inflatables, mascots, player appearances, AFL Victoria coaches and plenty of free giveaways. For all the info you need to get involved in Australian Rules Football from Auskick to juniors and right through to senior levels there are always plenty of on field and off field roles be sure to head over to the Albion Football Club stand.
