25.01.2022 Im incredibly thankful to of found The Fitness Movement, a boutique approach to health, fitness and holistic wellness, here in Geelong. Since starting out my journey with Hayley I have grown into a healthier, stronger, more energised and balanced version of myself. 24.01.2022 Tiger curl (kneeling) Activates the abdominals bilaterally helping you isolate one side of the body, as the other side has to stay stable. Harder than you think! Draw your belly button in as you move your knee up!

24.01.2022 The squat is great for teaching the body how to move as one connected chain of movements. Hinging from the hips and pressing back, use your core to hold you upright!

By avoiding grains or sugary breakfasts in your morning routine you are allowing your body to use up excess sugar already in your body which then stops it from converting into fat if unused! I use lots of chilli and rosemary and herb salt. Fitness Tip: When sitting, and standing try and draw the belly button in and sit up out of our low back. This way we are actually using our core and not relying on the spine to hold us up!
