08.01.2022 BEWARE OF DAMAGED SOLAR I have inspected a fair few roofs today for people needing replacement panels, after the Hail storm that smashed through Yesterday. One thing I noticed was a lot of the customers had small shards of glass across the roof from the damaged panels. It’s important to be aware that if you run on tank water you may have small particles of glass getting washed down into your tank. Obviously people run different filtration systems but just something to be mindful of from our assessments so far should you not have considered this element. As mentioned yesterday if you do have damaged solar panels and you need them inspected for insurance replacements feel free to message us to book a time.

We suggested a SolarEdge 8kw inverter and 10.5kw of SolarEdge 300w mono perc panels with integrated power optimisers. The optimisers allow the system to perform in partially shaded situations and gives us more flexibility in design.
