22.01.2022 As a valued client of Impact Plumbing, and in light of the current situation of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we would like to update and inform you that we are continuing to operate business as usual. However, if it comes to our attention that a customer is ill or in quarantine, we will be unable to attend at this stage. Due to the current short supply of toilet paper, please refrain form using alternatives such as wet wipes (including those advertised as ‘flushable’), napkins ...and paper towels can lead to major blockages and an expensive plumbing bill! These alternatives are not safe to flush as they do not disintegrate the way toilet paper does and will eventually cause plumbing issues. To avoid clogging the drain these items should be disposed of in the rubbish bin. The only thing that is safe to be flushed is human waste and regular toilet paper. Please be aware that we may experience delays in maintenance if our tradesmen and suppliers are affected with either self-isolation or the possibility of limited access to some materials and products.
