18.01.2022 Hello visitors to this page. A few years ago my friends and I had the idea of giving English lessons in Cortona. We didn't get any bites so we haven't revisited the idea, but if you are interested, let us know. Our target is probably Italians but any foreigners would be welcome. We know Italy fairly well and are qualified English Second language teachers with many years experience. We like learning through fun and life and interesting experiences, putting your needs first. There is a website for Speak Anglos which looks interesting, as you learn via native speakers. Let us know if you are still interested.

06.01.2022 Il 17 novembre 1494 muore a Firenze il filosofo e umanista Giovanni #PicodellaMirandola. Noto per la prodigiosa memoria, la sua filosofia è coraggiosa e origina...le, e si contraddistingue per il tentativo di sintetizzare le diverse correnti di pensiero. Nelle 900 tesi delle "Conclusioni filosofiche, cabalistiche e teologiche" si ispira non solo alla filosofia antica e al Cristianesimo, ma anche alla sapienza ebraica e araba.
