24.01.2022 Appreciation post So proud of these 3, between them in the last 6 months they have lost over 30kg!!! Along with putting on over 10kg of muscle !... Couldnt be more proud of how hard they have been working. They make my job so fulfilling seeing hardworking people smash goals and change their lives !! 24.01.2022 Great change up of training yesterday. Hill sprints on north Burleigh hill with a client of mine Davids Rhuiz. Great to get out and about and have a change of scenery ! Its great to change up your training location, style and intensity. It is a must to stop yourself from plateauing.

Without these 2 essential aspects of training being perfect you will not achieve you true potential. ... Proper technique is essential to creating true strength, toning up, building muscle and correctly working each muscle. Whether youre doing deadlifts, bicep curls or push ups having proper technique is the difference between achieving your goals and not. Proper technique includes: having a full rep range (all the way down, all the way up each rep) Having body control (not swinging your body or building momentum to finish reps) Engaging the correct muscles Keeping your core engaged (essential to have body control but also protect your spine) If are looking to improve your technique and want to take your training to the next level please contact myself! 21.01.2022 This last month I made a promise to myself that every day I didn't feel up to going to train or started making excuses not too, I would pick up my gear, get in ...my car and drive straight to the gym. This was to ingrain in my head that even when i'm feeling negative, unmotivated and tired I can turn all of these things around into a positive. It's all about mindset. So hear I am. Sunday night 9 solo in the gym while my partner sleeps trying to improve myself 1 set at a time. Your mind will allows give you an excuse or a way out. But you need to be strong enough to smash through those to achieve your goals and keep moving forward.

21.01.2022 Great way to finish my session and start Rosies! 60kg on the sled (bench) 4 reps each, ... Rosie doing 40kg (70% max) squats for 10 in between each set. 4 rounds !

21.01.2022 WOW Workout of the week! Squats 10 Wide grip Chin ups 10 (banded)... Split squat 8 a leg X band walks 40 (20 each way) Bicep curl, shoulder press combo 10 Stepper 25 calories X4 Another wow coming at you guys. This weeks workout of the week is an awesome one! Some big compound movements to hit every part of your body! As always limit your rest time in between rounds, use a weight thats going to push you and send in your #sweatyselfies

20.01.2022 WOW Workout of the week Straight legged deadlifts (KB) 10... Battle rope slams (double) 50 Pistol squats (TRX) 8 a leg KB swings (banded or not) 15 Banded face pull 15 Heel touches 40 X4 Working with a couple of different awesome exercises this week. As always technique is critical, use an appropriate weight, limit your rest times and smash it !! With the pistol squats you can use both hands, 1 hand or if you can no hands. With the kettle bell swings you can use the resistance band or just do them normally, give it ago with the band if you can! Get a sweat up, work your butt off and post your selfies !! Weight session of the week will be posted Thursday. This week its legs, everyones favourite day

16.01.2022 Trainer tip HIIT High Intensity Interval Training:... This is the new school cardio! HIIT is amazing for burning the maximum amount of calories in a very short time. HIIT training is generally a short burst of intense exercise followed by a short break and repeated for 2-3 minutes. Its benefits include: burning massive amounts of calories, you can do it anywhere, it doesnt need any equipment, it can increase your metabolism and is great for your hearts health! The best example of HIIT is choosing 5 exercises eg ; squats, push ups, lunges, step ups and mountain climbers. Then completing 30 seconds of each exercise with 30 seconds of rest in between.

10.01.2022 Do you feel like you're not losing weight? Do you feel like your diet never works? These 3 simple things could be the solution or explain the reason you're not losing that weight.... 1. You don't stick to you diet for long enough! Most people pick their diet and start great by losing a couple kilos in the first few weeks but then there comes the week that you lose nothing. Not a single kilo or even gram even after all the sacrifices and you decide that this diet is not for you!!! You need to stick out these hard weeks and work through it, Don't think about why you didn't lost that weight this week and work through to the next week! The sacrifice will pay off in the end but it does take time, DON'T GIVE UP!!! 2. Your calorie intake is to low Lowering your calories to low does not only affect your fat levels it also affects your muscle. Lowering your calories too low can defeat the purpose of your diet in the first place. Write a detailed journal for at least 3-4 weeks then start to make adjustments. Pick a standard calorie level and try not to lose to much weight each week as rapid weight loss can be a sign of muscle loss. 3 You could be dieting too long Your body and mind do need a break! Your body needs to satisfy some of your cravings and your mind needs a break and to refocus! Feel free to contact me for more information!

Single legged leg press 4x10 each leg Superset with walking lunges 4x20 (weighted or not) DB Straight legged deadlifts 4x12 Single leg seated hamstring curl 4x10 a leg Superset with laying hamstring curl (swiss ball) 4x20 Seated calf raise 4x15 Use an appropriate weight to maximise results. 01.01.2022 Trainer tip of the week: Goal setting: Goal setting is essential to success throughout your fitness journey. Without goals; youre basically going into the gym or into your fitness routines with no direction. You need to know what you want to achieve and where you want to get to. Setting short (6 weeks), middle (2-3 months), long term (1-2 years) and end goals (4+ years) gives yourself the best chance to succeed said goals.... Once you have set goals, you can create and plan to achieve them! You can set your routine, change your lifestyle and create a direction you wish to travel in.
