WayAhead is a leading mental health charity and on April 5 well be holding an Anxiety Forum for Mandarin speakers and a Mental Health Expo catering for many languages including of course English. Think of the Mental Health expo as a marketplace for local mental health providers to meet and greet visitors. Come along, take a short Check Up from the Neck Up wit...h a bilingual psychologist in the NSW Mental Health Commissions tent or enjoy a session of Tai Chi. Like any marketplace, there will be food from Chatswoods great food outlets on offer - free! Other mental health providers include Macquarie University Centre for Emotional Health and KYDS Counselling in Lindfield. The day will provide Willoughby City Council residents and in particular Mandarin speakers with more information about their mental health and anxiety disorders.
