"I had been smoking for nearly 20 years and tried everything to quit, patches, mints, vapours, cold turkey, champex etc. I was feeling very defeated and depressed, thinking that I would never be able to stop, for myself and my young family. To be honest I just loved smoking ! Then I found Paula and hypnotherapy.
