23.01.2022 Week 4's challenge.... Let's get rowing!!! 20k's over the week that's an average of less than 3k's a day over the 7 or 4k's over 5 days! Easy try and push yourself - knock out 1k and try to always match that time or better it! Have fun

22.01.2022 The Easter long weekend is here!! Before you over indulge on a bit of everything maybe think about how many more burpees you will need to do to burn those treats off Enjoy a relaxing weekend, maybe treat yourself to a massage instead of chocolate!!?

22.01.2022 Lunges!!! This weeks challenge is 500 lunges in total so 250 per leg! Add weights, walk, alternate or one leg at a time. Mix it up make it fun



21.01.2022 This week its time to squat.....500 in total!! Easter long weekend is ahead so even if youre away there is no excuse not to be able to complete all 500! Mix them up, body weight squats, jump squats, weighted front squats or back squats, sumo squats..... Take some pics of the varieties you do & send them through happy squatting

20.01.2022 This weeks challenge is a tough one.... 10,000 steps!! Not just walking around steps but climbing stairs. Using the stair machine or running up kangaroo point stairs or something similar! 10,000 up you can't count the down! We are in week 8, time to STEP it up

19.01.2022 WOW#7 Burpee central!! Well done guys you all smashed it under 20 minutes

19.01.2022 Challenge #6..... You may not be loving burpees by the end of this week!? 350 to complete, over 5 days that's just 70 a day - easy! Mix them up by adding some back flips etc remember half way measurements are at the end of the week so all the more reason to smash through some burpees on top of your regular training
